How would you be able to do a data migration if you aren’t in the same country as we are?
We can easily set up virtual environments for all of the processes to take place in during a migration, this lets us work as though we have a connection to your servers. We will have daily videoconferencing to keep everything on track and our toolset will track everything and keep the project on schedule
What about the time difference, how would we be able to communicate effectively?
We have employees spread over several different time zones, we are used to unusual work hours and will fit in with your work day

It will vary depending on
- Legacy systems, how many and how the data is stored
- the clients knowledge of the legacy systems (do they have Subject Matter Experts?)
- the amount of data
- what the target system is
- data quality

We have some data in databases, some in spreadsheets and even some as paper records, will this be a problem?
